• Store separately - Keep each piece in a soft pouch or box to prevent snagging, tangling and damage to the embroidery.

• Keep away from moisture - Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.

• Do not wash - Never soak or machine-wash fabric jewellery. If needed, gently dust it with a clean, soft, dry cloth.

• Protect the embroidery - Avoid folding or placing heavy objects over the fabric elements to help them retain their original shape.

• Wear it last, remove it first  - Put your jewellery on after applying makeup and perfume, and take it off before changing clothes.

Please note: Customised pieces are made especially for you and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

We hope you love your jewellery as much as we love bringing it to you. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• We do not entertain returns. Products once sold are considered sold.

• However, Returns or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery ONLY if a wrong or a product with some defect has been sent to you.

• Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.

• Customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
