• Avoid using harsh jewellery cleaners, abrasive cloths or vigorous polishing, particularly on oxidised pieces, as these may alter their intended finish.

• For brass jewellery, occasional gentle cleaning with a soft cloth can help maintain its appearance.

• Keep jewellery away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat and damp environments.

• However, Returns or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery ONLY if a wrong or a product with some defect has been sent to you.

• Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.

• Customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
