After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store flat in a separate pouch or box to prevent tangling and snagging. Avoid placing heavy objects over it.

Handle gently, store lovingly, and let your beads keep sparkling.

• We do not entertain returns. Products once sold are considered sold.

• However, Returns or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery ONLY if a wrong or a product with some defect has been sent to you.

• Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.

• Customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
