We do not entertain returns. Products once sold are considered sold.
However, Returns or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery ONLY if a wrong or a product with some defect has been sent to you.
Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.
Customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
