• Keep away from moisture - Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.

• Do not wash - Never soak or machine-wash fabric jewellery. If needed, gently dust it with a clean, soft, dry cloth.

• Protect the embroidery - Avoid folding or placing heavy objects over the fabric elements to help them retain their original shape.

• Wear it last, remove it first  - Put your jewellery on after applying makeup and perfume, and take it off before changing clothes.

A little care will keep the colours vibrant, the stitches beautiful, and your handcrafted jewellery sparkling with character for longer.

• We do not entertain returns. Products once sold are considered sold.

• However, Returns or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery ONLY if a wrong or a product with some defect has been sent to you.

• Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.

• Customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please note: Slight variations in colour, embroidery, beads, stones or detailing are natural in handcrafted jewellery and are part of its unique character, rather than defects.
